HealthCheck is a preventative health check-up program for anyone under the age of 21 who has a valid Wisconsin Medical Assistance (MA) or BadgerCare card. HealthCheck includes a head-to-toe physical exam, lab tests, immunizations, vision and hearing testing, and developmental testing as well as other checks needed which are performed by a RN, Public Health Nurse.
A HealthCheck includes:

- Eye Exam
- Growth and Development Check
- Hearing Check
- Mouth Exam
- Nutrition Check (Eating Habits)
