Reservations for the Adams County Community Center can be made Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Adams County UW Extension Office located at 569 N. Cedar Street, Adams, in the Community Center Building.  At all other times, messages can be left in the voicemail or via email, and the staff at the UW Extension Office will be able to return the message during the reservation window.

All reservations shall be requested on the "Reservation Request Form".  Reservations may be made up to a year in advance.  The Reservation Request Form shall be returned to the UW Extension Office with any required documents.
