OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF BIG FLATS
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, immediately following the close of the PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING, a SPECIAL TOWN MEETING called pursuant to Sect. 60.12(1) (c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purpose will be held:
1. To approve the total 2010 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03(2) of Wisconsin Statute
2. To approve the 2009 town tax levy to be paid in 2010 pursuant to Section 60.10(1) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
