The Adams County Planning and Development Committee will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday(day was incorrectly noticed as Wednesday) November 2, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. ( (Or as soon thereafter as can be heard) at the Courthouse, Room A260, in Friendship, Wisconsin to hear and consider the following requests:
1. Dawn M. Woychik – Rezoning request of a portion of a 73.36 acre parcel (approximately 10 acres) from an A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District to an R1-LL Single Family Residential District of the Adams County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to allow the property to be split on property located in the E ½, NE ¼, Section 12, Township 17 North, Range 6 East, Lot 1, CSM 4771, Town of Adams, Adams County, Wisconsin.
The Adams County Planning & Development Committee contemplates a site visit if necessary.
