Call the Meeting to Order; Was the meeting properly announced; Roll Call; Public Hearings; Approve the Agenda; Public Participation (If requested by the Committee Chair); Approve previous meeting Minutes; Surveyor’s Report; Review and award bid for Cottonville dam repair project; Discussion and possible action of results of December 1, 2009 Public Hearing regarding Adams County Farmland Preservation and the Working Lands Initiative; Discussion and possible action of Public Hearing for final preparation and filing of a Grant Application for the County to receive funds from a Community Block Grant for the purpose of updating County Flood Maps; Committee recommendation of Kevin Bork to replace Richard Colby on Planning & Development Committee as FFA representative; Department Updates; Financial Report; Comp-time Report; Correspondence; The Committee will convene in closed session per Wis. Stat 19.85(1)©, to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Committee will convene in open session per Sec. 19.85(2), Wis. Stat., to consider and vote on appropriate matters. Set next meeting date; Adjourn.
The Committee contemplates a site visit if necessary.
