Immediately following Joint Executive/Public Safety & Judiciary Committee Meeting
AGENDA
- Call the Meeting to Order.
- Was the meeting properly announced?
- Roll Call.
- Approve the Agenda.
- Approve minutes of October 12, 2009, Executive Committee Meeting (attachment).
- Public participation (If requested by the Committee Chair).
- Correspondence – None.
- Discuss and/or act on Economic Support Manager revised job description (attachment).
- Review and/or act on the Unit Clarification Settlement Agreement with AFSCME, Local 1168 Courthouse Union.
- The Committee will convene in closed session per § 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats., for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: Discuss status of Sheriff’s Department union negotiations regarding furloughs/layoffs.
- The Committee will reconvene in open session per § 19.85(2), Wis. Stats., to consider and vote on appropriate matters.
- Discuss and/or act on Resolution for Furloughs of Sheriff’s Department employees.
- Administrative Coordinator/Director of Finance Report.
- Corporation Counsel/Personnel Director Monthly Report.
17. Approve purchase order/voucher reports (attachments).
18. Set next meeting date.
19. Action items for next meeting.
20. Adjournment.
